In order to qualify as a Guild member. Removers need to satisfy the following stringent criteria:
- Continual quality monitoring of member by Quality Questionaires.
- Member of the Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme.
- Member contracted to comply with Ombudsman arbitration decisions.
- Highly rated by a leading consumer protection magazine.
- Written Code of Practice on looking after customer's interests.
- Annual independent membership inspections that members must pass.
- Written report of Inspector's findings for you to keep.
- Annual check of insurance status.
- Annual bank reference check.
- Free Conciliation Service.
Check your removers credentials - Don't get caught out!
